    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number ANC75AA025: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Kipnuk Airport, Kipnuk, AK. The flight departed was to returned to Bethel, AK. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed while aborting takeoff. The factors included; overload failure and airport conditions were a factor. Report remarks include: Pilot in command newly upgraded capt. Runway slick.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Pepperell Airport (26MA) Pepperell, MA, United States while climbing. The damage was substantial. While climbing through 2500 feet after takeoff, the pilot observed a red-tailed hawk approaching the airplane from below. The hawk impacted the left wing and the pilot elected to perform a precautionary landing. The airplane subsequently landed without incident...
