Incident occurred at the San Carlos Airport, San Carlos, CA. This was a local flight from San Carlos, CA. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a parked aircraft while aborting takeoff. The factors included; tail wheel gear assemblies and excessive wear and play...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Beaufort, SC, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The airplane engine lost power at cruise and the pilot made a forced lng in a salt-water marsh. Investigation revealed that the pilot was ferrying the aircraft to another airport to have maintenance performed on the fuel selector valve, which was stuck in the auxiallry tank position. The auxiallry tank was not full prior to departure...
