    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK79FVD14: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Mill Valley, CA. The aircraft nosed over while taxiing from landing. The factors included; came to rest in water. Report remarks include: Aircraft rolled over after pontoon filled with water. Origin of pontoon crack-unk. Incident occurred at or near Tiburon, CA.

    Crashed.
    There were two serious injuries. The accident occurred at La Conner, WA, United States while on appoach. The airframe was destroyed. Pilot was on approach for water landing in a canal used during previous summer for floatplane operations at dusk. Pilot was looking for a specific boat moored in canal as landing mark, extended approach path beyond normal touchdown point. Aircraft struck telephone cable spanning canal severing vertical tail and throwing aircraft out of control...
