    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-24029.

    21 April 1944

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was a military flight. Narrative: Two C-47A transport aircraft (42-24320, msn 10182 and 42-24029, msn 9891) were damaged beyond repair following a mid air collision at Sedalia Army Air Field, MO (SZL).
