    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Forca Aerea Brasileira with s/n 5174.

    Restored.
    Rebuilt at Tucson, AZ, by Hamilton for the FAB.

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Forca Aerea Brasileira.
    Utilized as an instructional airframe.

    To ESPAer, Sao Paulo.
    Used as an instructional airframe.

    To Tired Iron Racing Team/Don Davis, Casper, WY with new c/r N4959K.

    Ferry flight.
    Flown from Brazil to the US.

    Raced as #85, named Puss and Boots.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Mike Wright. Qualified in 30th place with an average speed of 301.482 mph. Raced in the Medallion 2 race. Finished in 8th place with an average speed of 283.96 mph.
