    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI72AC062: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:17 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Boyne Falls Airport, Boyne Falls, MI. The flight departed from Boyne Falls, MI, with the destination Cleveland, OH. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with a snowbank during the takeoff run. The factors included; icing conditions indlucing sleet and freezing rain and ice on the windshield...
