    Constructed as a SE-5A.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n F904.

    Transferred to 84SQN.

    10 November 1918

    Previously thought not to have seen action in WWI research shows that the day before the end of WWI Major Charles Pickthorn destroyed a Fokker DVII to the east of Chimay in Belgium in this aircraft. It was his fifth victory of the war.
