    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 56-4037.

    6 July 1957

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 16720.
    Brought on strength for use by the Canadian Army.

    20 April 1969

    Damaged.
    Suffered a Category B accident.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Canadian Armed Forces with s/n 119720 as a CO-119.
    Reserialled despite not having been returned to service.

    Transferred to Crown Assets Disposal Corporation (CADC).
    To CADC for disposal.

    To Seneca Flight College.
    Acquired for use as a training aid for the Aircraft Mechanics Engineers (AME) program.

    To Moncton Flight College.
    Used as a training aid in the AME program.

    2000

    Loaned to Atlantic Canada Aviation Museum, Bedford, Halifax, NS.
    Allocated to the museum for preservation.

    January 2001

    Transported by ground.
    Moved to the museum in Bedford, NS.

    Restoration started.
    Planned to finish the airframe in colours it would have worn while in service at CFB Gagetown, NB.
