    This jet downed the second MiG-21 of seven shot down in Operation Bolo, January 2, 1967. Aircrew at the time of the kill was pilot Capt. Walter S. Radeker, III, and WSO 1st Lt. James E. Murray, III. Was flying as Olds 04.

    Transferred to 497th TFS, 8th TFW, Ubon RTAFB, Thailand.
