    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were 32 fatalities. There were 38,388 hours on the airframe at the time. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Texel Airport (EHTX), Netherlands and was destined for Amsterdam-Schiphol International Airport (AMS/EHAM), Netherlands. The accident occurred at 8 km (5 mls) N off Den Oever (Netherlands) while en route. Narrative: The DC-3 took off from the island of Texel at 16:28 for a return trip to Amsterdam. Engine problems were reported at 16:33 to Texel Radio...
