    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Corps with s/n 33-135.

    1934

    Transferred to 94th Pursuit Squadron, 1st Pursuit Group, Selfridge Field, MI.
    Operated with markings: 35

    9 October 1934

    Damaged.
    Midair collision with P-26A 33-128 northeast of Mt. Clemens, MI. 33-128 pilot bailed out and plane crashed. 33-135 initially written off but then repaired. (one reports says this pilot also bailed out and the plane crashed).

    Circa 1935

    Transferred to Fairfield Air Depot, OH.

    1937

    Transferred to Panama Canal Department Air Force, US Army Air Corps, Canal Zone.

    20 June 1941

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 33-0135.

    11 May 1943

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Guatemalan Army Aviation Corps with s/n 44.

    1944

    Transferred to 4th Squadron, Guatemalan Army Aviation Corps.

    1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Fuerza Aerea Guatemalteca with s/n 0816.

    1945

    Transferred to Training Squadron, Military Aviation School, Los Cipresales Air Base.

    1954

    Assigned to Los Cipresales Air Base for storage.
    Aircraft occasionally flown to keep airworthy.

    1956

    One of two airworthy P-26s left in GAF, the other one being 43/FAG-0672 now at Planes of Fame.

    1957

    To National Air Museum, Washington, DC.
    Donated by the Republic of Guatemala.

    Circa 1965

    Loaned to United States Air Force Musuem, Patterson Field, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

    Restored.
    Markings Applied: 7, 34
    7 on vertical stabilizer, 34 on belly. Marked as aircraft of 34th Attack Squadron, March Field, CA.

    July 1971

    Transported by ground. Delivered to United States Air Force Museum, Wright Field, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
