    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK70DVD09: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:25 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Livermore, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. Stalled or mushed during a landing go-around. The factors included; came to rest in water. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...
