    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal New Zealand Air Force with s/n NZ3631.

    14 November 1968

    To Lao United Airlines with new c/r XW-DKJ.

    1969

    To Royal Air Laos with new c/r XW-TDJ.

    By May 1971

    Operated by PENAS.

    1 February 1972

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were six fatalities. This was a non scheduled passenger flight. The accident occurred at near Tegal (Indonesia) while en route. Narrative: Due to a compass error the aircraft got lost and crashed during a forced landing due to fuel starvation.
