    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC72DER27: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Airlake Airport, Lakeville, MN. The flight departed from Rosemount, MN, with the destination Lakeville, MN. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. Collided with a fence during the landing rollout. The factors included; tail wheel gear assemblies, missing and unfavorable wind conditions...
