    Notes: NX444AV 14219 of Aeronautical Test Vehicles Inc, Bu.No.is not known Douglas A-4A Skyhawk (cr. 6.87 ) Chino 27-2-86.It is said to have cn.14219 as is A-4M 158182 which is on display at Willow Grove PA. However NX444AV is clearly not an A-4M.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at the California City Airport (L71) California City, CA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The airplane, a civilian douglas A4A, was engaged in filming a commercial which required the pilot to fly over a ferrari vehicle. The pilot had completed a low filming pass over the vehicle and was circling the area while the film crew was preparing for another low pass over the vehicle...
