    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Festus Memorial Airport (FES) Festus, MO, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot lost control of the airplane when the tailwheel spring failed during landing roll. Metallurgical examination of the fracture surface determined the failure was from fatigue.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Farmington Regional Airport (FAM) Farmington, MO, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The airplane nosed over during landing. The pilot stated that during the landing roll he, heard a double clunking sound [and] felt my upper body go forward [and] the tail wheel lifted. He said that the airplane skidded nose down before ultimately nosing over...
