    Summarized NTSB narrative from report for event ID 78537: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Alitak Harbor Airport, Cape Alitak, AK. Collided with an object during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: Left wingtip float struck submerged object during takeoff from restricted harbor area.
