    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 43-36310.
    The USAAF s/n was assigned for to facilitate Lend-Lease. The airframe never actually served with the USAAF.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n FZ260 as a Cornell III.
    TOS from Lend-Lease and turned over to the RCAF, aircraft never left Canada.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 10813.
    Taken on strength with No. 3 Training Command.

    Transferred to No. 11 Elementary Flying Training School, Cap-De-La-Madeleine, PQ.

    From 7 February 1944 to 21 June 1944

    Transferred to Saint Maurice Aircraft, Cap-De-La-Madeleine.
