Photos of roadside warbirds and museum collections are most welcome.
Photos of aircraft as they are currently displayed are great, but photos of airframes in previous markings, with past owners or during a restoration are fantastic as well. You can help document the history of airframes with photos!

Notes: 1971 photo at Winnipeg - RCMP Twin Otter 300 on a frigid looking shortest day of the year. You can see how low the sun is and this would have been taken on my noon lunch break.

    Airframe: Douglas C-47A-30-DL, s/n FD879 RAF, c/n 09531, c/r N103NA
Notes: CF-IKD at Winnipeg on 21Dec71 - This DC-3 has just arrived for Ilford-Riverton Airways, having been operated by the short-lived Eden Air of Canada for only 10 months. Interestingly the quoted msn 33569 belongs to G-AMZA broken up for spares in 1953. It seems the true msn is 9531 which was a Dakota III in the RAF - India Command during WW-II and ended up with the Pakistan AF in 1947. This is one of four fuselages sold by them to a US dealer who needed an identity for it to satisfy the FAA and chose the one from G-AMZA as it was conveniently out of circulation.
